Duties and Responsibilities
The Board of Executives of Long-Term Services and Supports develops and enforces
standards for nursing home administrators; formulates appropriate
examinations; and issues, revokes, and suspends licenses. The board
investigates complaints; evaluates and approves continuing education
courses to meet license renewal requirements; controls an ongoing
trainee program for prospective nursing home administrators; and
