Disciplinary Action
Substandard level of care surveys are tracked by the Board for trends in citations per Administrator. It is possible that a number of Substandard level of care citations and/or surveys could lead to an informal conference with the Board and/or a visit from the investigator, which could lead to disciplinary action.
