MyBELTSS

MyBELTSS is an online self-service portal for LNHAs and AITs to use to update contact and work information, renew their licenses, check the status of their renewals and CE approval, pay invoices, and more.

Your user ID is your customer number and will never change.  You must change the temporary password you received the first time you logged into the system.  The office can provide your user ID if you forget it, but does not have access to your password.  If you forget your password, use the "forgot password" link to reset it.  If you get locked out of your account or experiencing issues, please contact the BELTSS office at, 614-466-5114.
